Generally, goods ordered before 1pm will be shipped on the same day (Mon–Fri).

• All Surfboards / Bodyboards / Skateboards / Bellyboards: Parcel Force 48 Express (2 working days).
• All Kayaks and Boards over 9ft: DX Freight (overnight) 1–2 working days.
• All Wetsuits: Parcel Force 24 Express (next day delivery).
• All Small goods within the UK: Royal Mail Tracked (2 days).

After dispatch, we will send you a tracking code to enable you to fully track your package.

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday between 9–5pm (sometimes couriers deliver on weekends).

Orders made after 2pm are normally dispatched the following day.

For International Delivery we send goods via DHL (tracking door‑to‑door). We deduct UK 20% VAT and also remove tax for Channel Isles orders (see checkout for rates). DHL will calculate local tax and bill via email.

Deliveries on National Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not available.

Orders processed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or Tuesday when a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday).

Please note: some areas such as Outer Hebrides, Northern Ireland and Highlands may require an extra day for shipping.

Click & Collect: You can collect from our shop by selecting the pick‑up option at checkout.

Shipping: We ship to the UK, Northern Ireland and Highlands at UK mainland prices. For international orders, please see overseas shipping rates at checkout.

In the event of extreme weather or circumstances out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving the next working day. We will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange dispatch as soon as possible, provide an alternative item, or refund the item as appropriate.
